10 Plant Aeroponic Misting Hydroponic System w/ 52 Gallon Rez.This is a high-end Aeroponic Misting Hydroponic system for serious growers. Plants grown in these systems grow up to 10x faster than in soil, and achieve amazing yields. This item ships out of the box with 10 5" net cups, but can be upgraded to 30 2" net pots for a tighter growth pattern. Each durable net pot is filled with sterilized Hydroton Rocks for maximum air\moisture ratio, and as a solid medium for your plants roots to adhere to. This is a much better medium than Rockwool cubes, and will help to reduce root rot common with Rockwool cubes. This system creates a fine <20 micron spray that directly penetrates your plants root system, and makes nutrient intake effortless. Because the hydroponic solution is shot out through the misting jets at such high speed, the liquid becomes a very fine mist that the roots effortlessly absorb. Each plant site has 2 dedicated jets (10 plant system) at different heights for maximum coverage. Furthermore, this system ships out of the box with 4 10" air rocks, located directly under the plants grow sites. These are powered by a powerful dual output air pump (included), that continuously oxygenizes your hydroponic solution, and creates a fine bubbling mist of it's own. A tremendous amount of additional o2 for your plants. For easy maintenance, the water tight lid is easily removable. To drain old
nutrient solution, you can simply hook up a standard garden hose to the external
hose bib, and twist the ball valve to pump out old solution to your lawn or
bathtub. It is then as simple as re-filling your system with a hose, and
nutrient solution to start a new crop. Additives can be added to the solution to
dissolve built up calcium and salts, and then re-flushed. Also, to prevent
clogging in the aero jet sprayers, a fine mesh netting is applied over the pump
intake to strain alien objects from entering the misting system, which will
extend the life of both the pump and micro jet sprayers. |
